Les petites sorcières (Dum Dum) – Paris – France
- Ghislaine Arabian
Is it kind to shoot on an ambulance? Only people completely in love with Ghislaine Arabian can still cense this place which is only the shadow of its former self.
First of all the dining room has the disadvantage of being very noisy and a banal decoration. Then a very long wait for the starters. The problem comes from cooking and not from service.
The main waiter was fully aware of the problem but could not do much.
Mille-feuille of vegetables banal, shrimp croquettes suitable but at 14 euros a pair, we would like a little more.
An honest lièvre à la Royale whose accompaniments were the best part, a very bland col-vert, a dessert with a mango “a bit” fermented (it is likely that we could not serve it the next day).
In addition, I had reserved, in advance, for the birthday of my daughter. I had been promised a little symbolic candle on dessert. The attention was forgotten.
All this is very disappointing. Although honesty requires that basic products are of good quality, work does not follow.
Conclusion, for the check, you find much better elsewhere.
