For any hunting lover (as well as shellfish), the Chambord was a beautiful house. Although we must admit that the room was outdated at the level of decor. So we had to focus on the plate made byPhilippe Lempereur. Excellent canard au sang, the same for foie gras en papillote. Good cassoulet.
Very nice wine list.
It must be admitted that the addition was heavy. But no pain, no gain. Quality as to be paid. I find type of house in Sologne and Burgundy. In Paris, it’s almost Mission impossible.
