What to say if it is not the establishment deserves no problem its three Michelin stars?
I will not make a schedule of the menu, better to keep you the surprise. The style is classic with a touch of modernity but without sinking into the unbearable “creative”.

Assiette champenoise
The service is perfect. Everyone knows his job and the menu. Ability to create a friendly friendliness. The frame is classic.
ALL succulent dishes (3 guests).
Champagne dinner, including a bottle of Jacquesson 2002 at a very reasonable price of 150 euros per bottle.
Only little damper, lights are too weak. Or a passage too fast of the chef in the dining room. He could stay to discuss a little more. His staff is very good at talking but it’s part of his job to know how to communicate.
Very nice collection of Michelin Guides, more important than mine !
Check of 900 euros for three starters, three dishes, three desserts and two bottles of champagne for 3 people.
To conclude, a perfect evening.
