Robe rouge – Paris – France
When I get up from this table, I think about this song by Charles Aznavour “You let you go”. Because this is exactly what corresponds to the dishes of this restaurant.
It has collected a number of praises and today, we feel a certain sloppiness in the preparation of dishes.
The crispy prawns got a heat stroke.
The sauce of the lamb mouse is too pasty because the vegetables have overcooked and are loosened, the squid is the best piece.
The salad Caesar without interest and the brioche french bread survives thanks to the mass of caramel which decorates it.
As the name suggests, the strength of the establishment lies in its selection of wines. That’s good, but that’s not enough.
Check of 81 euros for 2.
