Le Rock – Hyères – France
To arrive near a station is always to dream of another world. Between a highway to hell and a staircase to heaven, there is a choice.
Edith Cavel joined her personal Jesus (who had just left Chicago) like so many other heroes, which allowed her to have a street in Hyeres, while waiting for Philadelphia. Inspired by these good vibes, it’s here that some friends with a smells like teen spirit decided to create Le Rock. Nothing less!
Comfortably numb on the terrace, you will enjoy the silence on a Sunday noon. The interior is, as it should be, painted black. No T-Bone shuffle, but flank, tartare or Salers rosbeef.
The appetizers are very cheese-oriented with Saint-Marcellin or Saint-Félicien declined or a plate of charcuterie. And especially Crocs crocks.
Some desserts extra.
Wine list at low prices. We enjoy ourselves and nothing else matters. Bill a little over a hundred euros to 2 adults and three children.
Note that the designers have placed a second brick in their wall settlements in Toulon.
Now, will you find the 17 references of this American pie? (1 french!)
