You will have to trust me. I’m not going to spread out entire pages to celebrate this restaurant. From a certain moment, the dithyramb becomes bland.
I had the opportunity to have a table in (almost) last minute on Thursday for Saturday night. I had just started for three weeks my work experience in restaurant for my CAP (NVQ). And I admit that I was dead beat.
Even though I will never be able to do what we were able to dine tonight, it’s a great motivator for this amazing job.
In a word like a hundred, it was perfect.
No error of service, no slowness, perfect cooking, irreproachable textures, harmony of wines without false note.
A damper? This is all the more difficult as the pastry chef of the restaurant, Laurent Jeannin, suddenly left us in the meantime, but I concede a small lack of power on the Précieux chocolat Nyangbo that night.
Nothing serious, but I have the bad idea to always say what I think. No endless blahs. Simply: Thank you!
