Melting for a melt

Information before all my comments on the restaurants of ski resorts: they are a little more expensive than the average in the plain. Several reasons: the routing is more expensive, they amortize on a shorter season and they have a captive clientele. So I do not think it’s smart to complain about the rates when you go to such restaurants (when the quality is there).

Small very friendly place, with a very nice couple.
The fondue recipe with cepes (beautiful pieces), in a pot of bread, that you eat in the same time, is killer.

Served generously, with a ramekin of alcohol to dip the bread, and a glass of “génépi alcohol” to digest.

Wine list quite honest. An excellent quality/price ratio for a ski resort.

A place “must to be” if you want to dine at Les Arcs 1800. No problem at the top of my list.

Imperative booking. Do not hesitate to call a few days before your arrival.
