They only need to pay attention to small details like checking the cleanliness of glasses, tables, etc.

And be precise on a menu. Until Kingdom come, I will consider that a clafoutis is made only with cherries. If you put another fruit, it’s called a flognarde. I know, it’s less sexy, tough shit!
