I am not a Number!
- Pascal Bellavia
Some people do not support criticism, even constructive. With the number of restaurants I’ve eaten in, I’m starting to get used to those chefs we can not say anything about. Contrary to conventional wisdom, they are more often in small restaurants than in known tables.
Here we have a nice little establishment that offers a small lunch menu, mainly made with fresh home-made products. Bravo!
More, it proudly displays the names of its suppliers, mainly small local producers. Congratulations again!
It’s nice even if the puree was a bit peppery. What did I say?!! Lese majesty crime! “Ah, my poor sir, you do not know anything about it, it’s not pepper, and I will not tell you what it is!” Probably because it’s a state secret and that the face of the world would be upset if we revealed the precious spices of a menu at 14 euros, starter, main course, dessert.
On the other hand, whatever was the spice, there was a little too much. Opinion of two clients. We are not going to epilogue. As I try to be honest and objective, I put a suitable note that corresponds to the level of products and work done.
Be seeing you, number 7!
