Institution which scarcely  needs a presentation.

For the record, my grandfather frequented this establishment a few decades ago, not only because we found there the best meat in Paris but also because he regularly took his correspondents of Mossad who wanted do a cure of non-kosher products during their stay in Paris!

I admit to having abandoned this place following two disappointing dinners after concerts at the Zenith.

Pig’s leg a little charred, a calf’s head without relief. But I can not sum up the house with these two mistakes.

The big snails are a real pleasure, the marrow bones are a treat for you (but a slaughter for the liver!), you can cut the Chevillard beef slab of steak with a fork (if you have the good taste to ask “blue”) . And of course, there is a Burger to do just like everyone else. The calf’s head is with a ravigote sauce. Sorry, but I remain undeniably attached to the Gribiche.
