Allegria Paris – Paris – France
- Max et Mima di Meco
The Jardin d’Ivy (fortunately!) gave up its place rue Mouffetard to another establishment that I promised myself to test allegretto.
We start with an appoggiature of croutons with olive oil, mozzarella, olives and basil leaves.
And not just a basic oil since the house offers a Frantoia with a superb aroma.
We continue crescendo with an excellent platter of charcuterie with strength sostenuto, which could have been a cabalette if the pecorino was patetico. A real wrong note.
The pizza calzone is obviously coperti and is allowed to eat con grazia.
The linguine alla Moda di Max are the prima donna of the meal with beautiful pasta covered with prawns, langoustines, clams and mussels cooked vigoroso and accompanied with a sauce of fresh tomatoes.
Excellent tiramisu and panna cota in coda.
If there is a “but”, it will be for the decor that is quite disastrous. A series of sconces with disperato design, which leave us piangendo as after an opera seria, an already decrepit wall the barely open restaurant …
Allegria Paris does not renew the genre but offers classic Italian cuisine with quality products and well worked in a setting that could be scordatura.
To follow … affetuoso hoping that the House will continue tenuto.
Some spelling errors on the site but not enough for me to remove a point in the note.
Bill of 118 euros for 3 adults.
